Two days in a row of not having any clean towels, had to call downstairs both days, after the 2nd day, I explained to the operator that this was the 2nd time and felt I received the generic canned apology. We were in Anaheim for a dance competition, and this hotel was a convenient 15 minute walk away. We were greeted by very friendly staff on our arrival, as well as any time we entered the hotel.
